Evaluations for individuals and project teams are tied with quality of project and services delivery ensuring commitment towards customer satisfaction. The root cause for any issue is marked by incorporating feedback from all stakeholders and identifying all sources that may have caused non-compliance. corrective actions are identified, marked and implemented with consent of all parties involved. A log of issues encountered and lessons learnt is maintained for future references.
